Dr. Snyder, originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland and now Director of the VIMS Wachapreague Lab, will pull together elements of this history into compelling stories centered on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Understanding the backstory of your seafood will perhaps add a deeper dimension of enjoyment and appreciation of these delectable critters.
