Mariners Museum Conservator Will Hoffman will talk about the ongoing conservation efforts to stabilize the artifacts for eventual exposure to air.  

There are metal pieces as well as non-metal pieces, like

a near-perfect leather boot found in the turret. 

After the presentations, there will be a Q&A session.
