Join us Saturday, August 24th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM for our second cocktail class series: The Art of the Whisky Sour. This class will discuss the history and evolution of the Whisky Sour over the years and why whisky is so foundational for this popular classic libation. Participants will learn about different whisky varieties and what makes Copper Fox Whiskies great for a traditional Whisky Sour. They will also learn about importance of the right garnishes, flavor theory, sweet-bitter balance, ice size and dilution, and bar techniques.

The cost is $55 per person and includes instruction, demonstration and hands on education by one of our seasoned mixologists. Two Sour cocktails will be created and all ingredients and supplies provided. Additional cocktails available for purchase if desired. It will definitely be a night of fun and mixing great cocktails!
